As per the Limitation Act, any action for the breach of contract should be filed within 3 years from the date on which the breach has occurred. Unlike an ab-initio, these contracts did at one point contain the elements listed in the Indian Contract Act, and therefore at least initially are considered valid legal agreements binding to both parties.
